As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are holding a free talk with Prof. Michaela Higgins on The Cost of Cancer & Clinical Trials.

Prof. Michaela Higgins is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin and a Clinical Professor at University College Dublin (UCD).
Prof. Higgins graduated from UCD and completed medical and oncology training in Ireland prior to completing a 3 year fellowship in medical oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. She served as Chief Fellow during her last year at Hopkins. After fellowship she was appointed as an Attending (Consultant) Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston and was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Boston 2010-2014.
